1. Service Description

QurexTech provides web hosting services including but not limited to:

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any of the following prohibited activities:

• • Illegal activities or promotion of illegal activities
• • Violation of intellectual property rights
• • Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk communications
• • Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• • Phishing, identity theft, or fraudulent activities
• • Adult content (pornography, explicit material)
• • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
• • Cryptocurrency mining or related activities
• • Activities that compromise server security or stability
• • Resource abuse or excessive bandwidth usage

3.2 Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts are subject to resource limitations. Excessive resource usage that affects server performance or other customers may result in account suspension or upgrade requirements.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Billing and Payment

Services are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle. Payment is due upon invoice generation. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

4.2 Late Payment and Suspension

Late payment may result in service suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment may be terminated after 30 days, resulting in permanent data loss. A reactivation fee may apply for restored services.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refunds do not include setup fees, domain registrations, or add-on services. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

5. Service Level Agreement

5.1 Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events are excluded from uptime calculations.

5.2 Support

Technical support is provided 24/7/365 through our ticket system, live chat, and knowledge base. Phone support may be available for certain service tiers. Response times vary based on support level and service plan.

6. Data and Backups

6.1 Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your data and content. While we implement backup systems, these are for disaster recovery purposes only and not guaranteed. You should maintain your own backups of all important data.

6.2 Data Retention

Upon service termination, data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. We are not obligated to provide data recovery services after this period.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content and data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services. You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other protected content.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, illegal activities, or non-payment. We may also discontinue services with 30 days' notice for any reason.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QurexTech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and QurexTech.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
